Find network motifs

Identifies common regulatory motifs (feedforward loops, feedback loops, etc.)

Usage

find_network_motifs(links, cluster = NULL, motif_size = 3)

Arguments

Links object

cluster

Specific cluster

motif_size

Size of motifs to find (3 or 4)

Value

Data frame with motif counts
