scan_motifs(tfinfo, motifs = NULL, fpr = 0.02, n_cores = 1)
Arguments

TFinfo object
- motifs
PWMatrixList or path to motif database (NULL for JASPAR)
- fpr
False positive rate threshold
- n_cores
Number of parallel cores
